The organisation is founded by Tina Post Aagaard, and my vision is to establish diverse communities where individuals mutually support one another on their journey towards a healthy and purposeful existence. 

My mission is to transition personal development from reliance on experts to tightly-knit communities where peers support peers.

A cornerstone of HeaMea is the recognition that health extends beyond the physical; it encompasses the well-being of our minds, souls, as well as our connections to others and the world around us.

Living healthy and meaningful lives thus includes contributing to our communities, expressing genuine interest in and listening to one another, and engaging in meaningful and sustainable interactions with the world around us.
